About the Opportunity Staff Development Coordinator (RN) Creekside Terrace Rehabilitation is searching for a talented Staff Development Coordinator with a passion for teaching! About the Opportunity The Staff Development Coordinator provides educational and learning opportunities within a supportive environment that will assist clinical personnel in gaining knowledge, skills and appropriate behaviors necessary to perform assigned duties safely and competently.
Coordinates learning experiences that support quality services consistent with standards and practice guidelines of the facility.
Monitors the activities of all personnel to provide quality services that comply with State, Federal, and corporate standards.
Essential Functions (summary):
Understands facility standards and practice guidelines as well as state and federal regulations.
Develops and directs orientation programs for all personnel in accordance with established standards and practice guidelines.
Maintains accurate, complete and current records of educational programs and personnel participation.
Qualifications Qualifications Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator.
Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
RN license required.
Previous experience in Adult Education preferred; 3 years experience in long term care required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
