- Prepare and bake a wide range of cookies - Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters - Package finished products for display or delivery - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food production or culinary arts is preferred - Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients - Ability to use kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, and ovens effectively - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and consistent product quality - Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Must have Food Handlers Permit Job Type:
