Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and alcholic beverages, answering phones, and helping customers with to-go orders in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, and lattes - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment - Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic understanding of food safety practices - Proficiency in cash handling and retail math Join our team as a Barista and showcase your passion for coffee while delivering top-notch service to our customers!
