We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team.
The Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage waitlists using the POS system - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area - Answer phone calls with professionalism - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Provide assistance to guests as needed
Qualifications:
