They collaborate with the director to coordinate daily activities, ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, and monitor the achievement of objectives.
Oversees the design, development, and delivery of education or training programs.
Serves on the management team with the Director.
Participates in the strategic planning for assigned areas and assists the Director in developing and implementing the overall departmental strategic plan.
Kids' Zone is a family-owned Christian childcare center with locations in Georgetown, Jarrell, Belton, and Salado.
We are looking to add Support Staff to our Belton center.
Job Qualifications - Energetic, positive, communicative, problem solving- attitude - Strong attendance habits - Must have reliable transportation to work - Must pass all state-required background checks.
- Must be willing to obtain Director's Credential - Ability to work in a team environment - Experience in childcare is a plus but not required.
