The Laundry Chute is launching a tech-enabled Peer-to-Peer Wash-Dry-Fold business at University of Mary Hardin-Baylor! The Campus Operations Team oversees the day-to-day operations for our Campus P2P Wash-Dry-Fold business.
Our team is dedicated to delivering a smooth, effective, and holistic experience for our customers and our student workforce.
Our Campus Operations programming gives students the opportunity to take on leadership positions in a fast-growing tech-enabled company and gain valuable domain experience ahead of graduation.
We hand select high-performing students as Campus Operations Leaders to oversee our day-to-day Campus WDF business, augment CSCSW's existing Academic offering, and take on management duties while having the flexibility to work around rigorous class schedules and college life.
Campus Operations Leader positions at The Laundry Chute are flexible and part-time.
We're looking for team members that can grow with us as we scale rapidly.
Key
Responsibilities:
The primary focus of the Campus Operations Leaders will be to monitor and ensure customer laundry is processed in a timely manner.
Provide oversight of our day-to-day operations, drive improvements, and provide customer satisfaction within these processes.
Responsible for onboarding Campus Laundry Pros in performing quality laundry services.
Process Laundry as needed to ensure that everything is being moved along to completion.
Communicate with Campus Laundry Pros and escalate issues to the Campus Operations Management team.
Be a Brand Ambassador and engage your campus community.
Hold regular laundry office hours where you can answer laundry questions Lead grassroots marketing initiatives Document locker, laundry machine, and laundry room health - reporting any issues to the CSCSW Service Team.
Troubleshoot to diagnose issues, determination to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Establish and document performance goals in accordance with the Campus Operations Plan.
Provide support to the CSCSW Academic business Special projects based on availability, major and interest.
Qualifications/Skills Currently enrolled on campus 18 years of age or older Eligibility to work in the US or Canada A smartphone with Android 5.
0 or later, IOS 9 or later Can lift 30
pounds Must be a highly motivated self-starter and enjoy being part of a team.
Ability to work with technology and feel comfortable using applications on different platforms.
Must be focused and able to multitask in challenging situations Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have the ability to manage schedules Ability to troubleshoot problems and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
Bonus Qualifications Work experience in one or more of the following areas:
Customer Service, Technology/IT Support, or Marketing Excited by technology and services that make people's lives easier.
Issue resolution experience while supporting a software product.
Desire to Innovate the Product Development process.
Students studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, SupplyChain, Business, Marketing, and Communications will be a great fit for TLC.
